摘    要:塔式起重机(简称塔机)是各类高层建筑和大型建设工程不可缺少的重要施工机械,建筑业的讯速发展,为塔机的发展创造了机遇,提出了挑战.其发展趋势之一是向起升高度、幅度和起重力矩高、大型发展,但作业效率尤其是安全性能的要求也随之增高.为此,应用电子计算机和测控技术,研制开发塔机监控系统成为必要.提出了塔机监控装置的总体设计方案,该装置采用三星S3C6410嵌入式微处理器为监控仪表主机,完成了对塔机运行状态参数如提升高度、小车幅度、回转角度、起吊重量及风速的实时监控.通过现场的测试,证明了该装置可以实时、准确、可靠地工作.

Abstract:Tower crane is an indispensable construction machine in all kinds of high-rise buildings and large-scale construction projects.The rapid development of the construction industry has created many opportunities and challenges for the development of the tower crane.One of the trends of its development is the high lifting,the high amplitude and the large moment,but the operational efficiency,especially safety performance requirements will increase.To this end,the application of computer and control technology applied to the tower crane control system are necessary.This paper presents the overall tower design of monitoring device.The device uses Samsung S3C6410 embedded microprocessor as the host instrument of the monitor,and completes the monitoring of the tower crane running parameters such as the lifting height,the amplitude of the car,the rotating angle,the hoisting weight and the wind velocity.And through field tests proved that the device in real time,accurate,and reliable work.
