摘    要:结合工程实例,从运行模式、温度控制、湿度控制、风量控制、保护控制五个方面讨论了汽车喷烘一体室的控制策略;当温湿度需要同时控制时,为了提高稳定性,利用控制焓值和含湿量的方式,间接控制温度和相对湿度;为了改善PID控制器的控制速度和精度,利用模糊控制原理,对PID控制器三个参数的预整定值进行动态修订;最终实现安全运行、精确控制、节能高效的目的.

Abstract:Based on project example,discussed the control strategy of a automobile spray booth about operation mode,temperature control,humidity control,air volume control and safety control.When controlled temperature and humidity at the same time,with the method of controlled enthalpy and moisture to achieve the stability of the control system.Using the fuzzy control principle,changed the setting of the three parameters of PID controller dynamically to improve the speed and accuracy.The ultimate goal of the control strategy is to achieve safe operation,precise control and energy conservation.
