| 摘 要： | 合同能源管理是国家大力推广的节能服务模式，以广州地区某办公建筑为研究对象，统计了大厦的主要能耗。针对该大厦能耗偏高的问题，从设计、施工、运行调节、管理等方面分析原因，提出8项节能技术，并根据合同能源管理模式进行筛选，其中3项可采用节能效益分享型模式，另外3项适合采用节能量保证型模式进行节能改造。

| Abstract: | EMC(energy management contract) is an energy-saving service mode that is popularized in China.This paper takes an office building in Guangzhou for instance and surveys energy consumption.In accordance with high energy consumption of the mansion,the paper analyzes the causes in respects of design,construction and operation adjustment and management,presents 8 energy-saving measures,and among which choices are made under EMC mode.3 items are share-based energy management contract while 3 items are commitment-based contract energy management. |
