| Abstract: | Drainage planning is an important guiding document in the urban construction,the design of torrential control relating to the public safety of the urban.Torrent is a major calamity facing of small towns in southern China.This article summarizes the torrential control measures in drainage planning of small towns,to improve the public safety of the small towns. |
