| 摘 要： | 自然灾害严重威胁传送网的安全,传送网的应急通道建设是应对自然灾害,迅速恢复传送能力的有效措施.目前我国还没有进行系统的应急通道建设,本文从应急通道建设的必要性和重要意义出发,探讨了建设思路和建设原则,建设方式和配置方式,井对应急通道的管理维护提出了建议.本文对于传送网的应急通道建设具有指导意义.

| Abstract: | Natural disasters affect the safety of the transmission network.For the transmission network,it is important to built some emergency channels.The channels can improve the ability to reconstruct the network after the natural disasters.There are no systems to build the emergency channels in our country.It is necessary for natural disasters to configure emergency channels in advance.The notion and principle has been discussed in the paper.In the further,it explains the built and the configuration of the emergency channels.The paper gives valuable advice for the management of emergency channels. |
