浅析聚羧酸高效减水剂与水泥的适应性问题

摘    要:聚羧酸减水剂在使用过程中掺量低、减水率高、保坍能力强等性能难以体现,同样也存在水泥适应性差的问题.论文从水泥熟料的矿物组成、石膏的形态及掺量、水泥细度、水泥中混合材的掺量与种类、水泥中的含碱量、水泥的放置时间(新鲜程度)及水泥自身温度等方面对聚羧酸减水剂与水泥的适应性问题进行了探讨,为聚羧酸减水剂的工程应用提供一定的理论指导.

Abstract:It can hardly reflect the performance of low content,high decreasing water rate and perfect slump retaining ability while using the polycarboxylate water reducer.It meet the problem of poor adaptability as well.This paper discuss about the adaptability between polycarboxylate water reducer and cement from the aspect of alkalinity,freshment and temperature to improve the adaptability to provide a guidance for engineering application of polycarboxylate water reducer.
