原油罐区安全风险分析

摘    要:采用危险与可操作性研究(HAZOP)方法对新建原油罐区进行安全风险评价分析,发现了基础设计中存在的一些设计缺陷,并从工艺和设备,以及操作技术与管理等方面提出了相应的安全对策和建议。同时,对石油化工行业管理人员和操作人员的培训方面、设施全生命周期完整性箭理方面推广HAZOP技术,以及针对大型石化企业或建设项目实施智能HAZOP计算机辅助分析进行了展望。

Abstract:Hazop method was used to evaluate existing safety risk in basic design for tank farms project of crude oil,and some defects were found in basic design,also safety countermeasures and suggestions considering the operating technology as well as the management,etc.have been proposed.Meanwhile,carrying on the forecast in view of the HAZOP technology promoting in administrative personnel and operator’s training aspect,the facility entire life cycle integrity management aspect,as well as implementation of intelligent computer aided HAZOP analysis for large petrochemical enterprise or construction project.
