内蒙某电厂锅炉除渣系统的设计选型分析

摘    要:除渣系统是火电机组中重要的辅助系统,不同的锅炉除渣系统的工作原理和性能有较大差异,因此,合理的系统设计选型十分重要.本文结合工程实例,从设备投资及运行费用、节能、节水、环保及运行的可靠性等方面对湿法捞渣机系统和钢带干式除渣系统进行了详细全面的方案比选,比选结果是采用钢带干式除渣系统效果更好,为今后的锅炉除渣系统选择提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Ash removal system isone of the most important supporting systems of boiler.Different boiler ash removal system has significant differences on both operational principle and behavior,so a reasonable selection of systems is very important.Based on project case study,detailed and comprehensive comparison and selection between wet slag remover system and steel belt dry slag removing system have been conducted in this articles,including equipment investment,operation cost,energy saving,water saving,environmental protection and the operation reliability.Steel belt dry slag removal system is used.This paper provides a good reference for selection of boiler ash removal systems in future.
