摘    要:针对某电厂700MW锅炉机组脱硝改造工程实施问题进行可行性论证。通过现场试验,确定该厂锅炉的NOx排放质量浓度为330-480mg/m3(标准状态,下同)。以600mg/m3作为NOx基准排放质量浓度,100mg/m3作为减排目标,结合锅炉的结构特点、燃用煤种形式以及当前燃烧状况,提出以炉内低Nn燃烧器改造与加装选择性催化还原脱硝(selectivecatalyticreduction,SCR)装置相结合的改造策略,对低NOx燃烧器改造和加装SCR系统的可行性及其对锅炉运行的影响进行系统论证,研究结果可为脱硝改造决策提供依据。

Abstract:The paper comprehensively discusses on implementation feasibility of NOX conversion in 700 MW coal-fired boiler unit in a power plant.By field test,it is determined that mass concentration of NOX emission of the boiler is 330~480mg/m3(standard condition,similarly hereinafter).600 mg/m3is taken as norm mass concentration of NOXand 100 mg/m3 is taken as goal of emission reduction.In accordance with structural characteristic of boiler,types of coals fired and current combustion state,the paper proposes a transformation strategy combining transformation of in-furnace low NOXburner with installation of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration equipment;it discusses feasibility of transformation of in-furnace low NOXburner,installation of selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitration system and influence on boiler operation.The research can provide reference to denitration transformation decisions.
