茶叶渣对竹醋原液脱色脱臭提纯工艺技术研究

摘    要:目的:研究废弃茶叶渣对竹醋液吸附脱色提纯工艺。方法:探讨了分别用蒸馏、茶叶渣吸附、活性炭吸附对竹醋液吸光度及其他物理性质的影响。结果:蒸馏、茶叶渣吸附、活性炭吸附后竹醋液的最大吸光度0.117,1.613,1.896。结论:蒸馏脱色、脱臭效果最好,其次是活性炭,茶叶渣吸附效果一般。

Abstract:Objective: dsorption of tea residue on purification technology of bamboo vinegar.Methods: The effect of 3 refining technics on p roperties of crude bamboo vinegarwas tested.Result: The results showed thatthe distillation,asorption of tea residue and activated carbon adsorp tion allmade the index of the absorbency,acidity,soluble tar and refractivity be lower than the crude bamboo vinegar,and the refining technics of thedistillation,decomp ression distillation and rectification decreased the value of pH,but activated carbon adsorp tion increased the value of pH.Conclusion: dstillation is best,adsorption of tea residue between distillation and carbon adsorption
