摘    要:微波条件下合成新戊二醇磷酰氯,反应的最优条件是n(三氯氧磷):n(新戊二醇)为1:1,反应溶剂为甲苯,V(甲苯):m(新戊二醇)=20,微波功率为400W,反应时间为20min,产率达到91%.与常规相比明显缩短的反应时间,而且产率和常规一样(常规反应时间3h.产率90%)。

Abstract:Synthesis of neopentyl glycol chlorophosphate by microwave radiation,the optimal conditions of the reaction was n(POCl3)∶n(C5H12O2)=1∶1.The solvent is toluene,V(toluene)∶m(neopentylglycol)=20.The power of microwave was 400 W.The reaction time was 20 min,the rate of production was 91 %.Compared with conventional synthesis,the response time is short and the production rate is the same(conventional reaction time was 3 h,production rate 90 %).
