| 摘 要： | 大学生的全面素质包括智技素质、体力素质和动控素质。在这三方面素质中,动控素质在大学生的全面素质中居于主导和支配地位。本文在对大学生积极的和消极的动控素质的现状、成因的辩证分析基础上,阐述了积极动控素质在大学生人格成长中的意义及相应的德育对策。

| Abstract: | The overall quality of college Student concludes intelligence quality,physical strength quality and "motive and control oneself quality".The motive and control oneself quality is the most(important) in the overall quality.On the base of dialectical analysis of the present condition and it's reason of positive and negative "motive and control oneself quality",this article discusses the meaning of positive "motive and control oneself quality" and its moral education(countermeasure.) |
