变频变流量系统的节能分析与控制

摘    要:本文论述了空调冷冻水系统的变频节能原理,从管路和水泵两方面分析得出实际工程中变频系统不节能的原因在于采用定压差控制,通过一个简化的空调冷冻水系统,对比计算了在定压差控制和变压差控制下变频水泵的节能效果,得出变压差控制可以最大实现变频的节能效果。

Abstract:Discusses the energy saving principle of frequency conversion chilled water system, analyzes from both the pipe lines and pumps to find that the energy saving failure reason in actual engineering is the constant pressure difference control method. Through a simplified chilled water system, compares the pump energy saving under constant pressure difference control method and variable pressure difference control method. It could be concluded that under variable pressure difference euntrol method, the frequency conversion system can reach the maximum energy saving efficiency.
