磁悬浮飞轮自动锁紧系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了一套磁悬浮飞轮自动锁紧系统的机械运动和运动控制2个部分,实现了磁悬浮飞轮的自动锁紧和释放,满足飞轮在卫星发射过程中的要求,并达到保护飞轮主体的目的.运动控制系统的核心是单片机MSP430.最后研制了锁紧力测试装置,用来测量机构锁紧过程中锁紧力的大小,从而可以有效地调节运动行程.

Abstract:This paper introduces the development of automatic locking system for magnetic bearing flywheel. The system, including mechanical device and motion control,is used to automatic control the locking and loosing of magnetic bearing flywheel. It can Satisfy all requirements of magnetic bearing flywheel in the satellite launching and protect the main body of flywheel. The core of the motion control system is a microconfrller, MSP430. A force sensor is also introduced, which is used to measure the force magnitude in the process of mechanism locking and can availably adjust the motion stroke.
