| 摘 要： | 介绍化学镀Ni—P合金工艺在金属材料表面处理方面的应用,并以水介质单体液压支柱为例说明其工艺流程、施镀的工艺条件,并从镀层组织的晶态结构与形貌及合金层组织的耐腐蚀性及其力学性能方面、分析阐述化学镀Ni—P合金层的优越性。
