充气喷动床内微细粒子的干燥与析出率研究

摘    要:在一内径92mm高1000mm的不锈钢充气喷动床反应器内,采用碳酸钙粉末物料为微细粒子,在由间歇进样器填加湿的微细粒子,以空气为充气和喷气体对微细粒子进行淘洗。综合考察床层温度、惰性粒子床层的高度、粒径、喷动气速、充气速度、湿含量以及进样量等对充气喷动床内微细粒子的析出率的影响。结果表明;碳酸钙粉末物料的析出率随喷气速、床层温度、床层的高度、充气速度的增加而增加;随着湿含量、进样量、床层颗粒粒径的增加而减少;最终湿含量随着初始湿含量的增加而增加。因此,它可以用来干燥并析出粉末物料。

Abstract:In a spouted bed made of stainless steel with internal diameter 92 mm and height 1 000 mm ,by adding wet powder particle through samples intermittent inlet, the wet powder elutriation with temperate air was studied by changing such parameters as bed temperature, bed height, particle diameter, spouting velocity, aerating velocity, gas humidity and feed rate. Results indicate that elutriation rate increases with increases in bed temperature, bed height, spouting velocity, aerating velocity, while it decreases with increases in gas humidity, feed rate and particle diameter. And final moisture content increases with increases in initial humid content. Therefore the spouted bed can be used such operation as drying and simultaneously elutriation of wet powder particle.
