低真空条件下矿物的扫描电镜能谱分析

摘    要:进行矿物的X射线能谱分析时,合理地使用低真空技术可以省去矿物的喷镀过程,缩短分析时间,以及减小由样品导电性差给分析结果带来的误差。通过试验,笔者认为只要待分析的矿物粒度足够大和注意真空度的选择是可以得到满意结果的。

Abstract:The mineral with the free carbon coating , which has the poor electric conductivity, can be analyzed directly by means of the analytical technique of SEM-EDX under low vacuum level condition , thus the carbon-spraying process can be overleaped, analytical time can be shorten, and the determinate error caused by the poor electric conductivity can be decreased . Based on the test results,authors recognize that the analytic results obtained are satisfying if we pay attention to select the suitable vacuum level and the size of the mineral analyzed is larger enough.
