内翅片换热管内相变材料融化的数值模拟

摘    要:将蓄冷空调常用的蓄冷装置——蓄冷球,用内翅片管来替代,将内翅片管中装入自行研制的相变材料,利用二维稳态导热方程,对相变材料的实际融化过程进行理论研究,探讨装有相变材料的内翅片换热管在不同时刻、所有节点的释冷情况.结果表明,内翅片换热管外的载冷剂温度不同、对流换热系数不同以及内翅片管的半径不同对翅片管内蓄冷材料的释冷特性有较大影响.

Abstract:Based on the two-dimensional steady heat conduction equation,the melt problems in inner-fin-tube are analysed in the paper.A mathematical model was established to solve the problem of melt in the inner-fin-tube,and to use the program system to compute the temperatures of different time and different node.Simulation shows that the temperature of outside secondary refrigerant,convection transfer rate and inner-fin-tube radius have a greater impact in cool storage.
