| Abstract: | Cryptography is used to protect data from being viewed, modified, and to ensure the integrity from the originator. Before the arrival of (.NET), cryptography was meant to use the unmanaged Win32 APIs,which was very obscure way to encrypt or decrypt the data. (.NET) provides a simpler mechanism for cryptography. This article introduces cryptography in ASP(.NET), and then focuses on the realization of symmetric encryption. The code language used in the article is C#. |
