把酒祝东风--在首届中国白酒科学技术大会上的讲话

首届中国白酒科学技术大会于2004年元月9日至10日在京隆重召开。改革开放以采,随着计划经济体制和传统管理模式的变革,中国白酒工业得到长足发展,1996年,全国白酒总产量达到创纪录的801万吨。面对社会主义市场经济体制日臻完善和中国加入WTO的新形势,中国白酒工业正在经历着大有作为的发展时期。发展白酒工业不仅可以满足人们的消费需求,同时,白酒生产可以实现农产品的转化升值,为饲料生产或畜牧业直接提供原料,为国家财政积累做出贡献并能大量安排劳动就业人员。中国白酒工业的发展和进步,始终依赖于科学研究的突破与工艺技术的创新．白酒工业是非常重视科学研究与工艺技术发展的行业,是坚持与时俱进,积极采用当代高新技术,促进中华民族传统食品产业发展的典范。这次召开的首届白酒科学技术大会,具有重要意义和广泛影响,是创造史流与学习机会的一种方式。目的是在全国白酒行业推动新成果、新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用,同时,大力表彰和宣传为中国白酒科研创新和技术进步做出优异成绩的科技专家,在全行业树立以科技为先导,以质量为基础,以文化为依托,以市场为导向的生产经营理念,不断引导白酒工业在积极健康的发展道路上胜利前进。(小雨)

Celebrate the Achievements in Liquor-making Industry--A Speech on the 1st Cnina Liquor Science & Technology General Meeting

The1st China Liquor Science&Technology General Meeting was held ceremoniously in Beijing on January9th and10th,2004.The main contents of the speech at the meeting were summarized as follows.Since the practice of reform&opening policy in China,liquor-making industry in China had kept pace with the transform of planned economy and traditional management patterns and achieved great accomplishment.In1996,the total liquor yield in China achieved8.01million tons,which had broken the record.With further perfect of market economy in China and under the circumstance of China's entry to WTO,liquor-making industry was experi-encing a crucial development period.Its healthy development could meet people's demand for consumption,realize multiusage of agri-cultural products,provide raw materials to feedstuff production and livestock husbandry directly,and contribute to fiscal accumulation and labor employment.Significantly,the development of liquor-making industry always placed reliance on the breakthrough of scientific research and the innovation of production techniques.Besides,liquor-making industry,due to its active application of modern hi-techs and adherence to the principle of"keep pace with times",had become the leading example for Chinese traditional food industries.Ac -cordingly,this meeting was of great significance and influence and became a channel for working experience exchange and learning.Furthermore,the meeting aimed at spreading the application of latest achievements and new techniques and facilities in the whole liquor-making industry.At the same time,some experts were given honors for their contributions in technical innovation at the meeting in support of setting the new production&management idea of"technology as drive,quality as base,cultural background as support,and market as orientation"in the whole industry,which would guide successful development of liquor-making industry in the future.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
