摘    要:近年来,NHD脱硫、脱碳技术已得到广泛应用,不仅应用于合成氨原料气的脱硫、脱碳,并在其它领域扩展,如甲醇生产过程中原料气的脱硫、脱碳;醋酸低压羰基合成制CO的脱硫、脱碳;硫回收尾气的脱硫处理等。由于制气原料、制气方法及预处理工艺的不同,其COS含量也不相同,甲醇合成反应要求将合成气中总硫脱除达到0.1×10-6以下,以保护催化剂,一般通过干法脱硫工艺来实现,在NHD脱碳的同时也脱除掉大部分COS,结合实际问题,为合理设计精脱硫工艺装置提供依据。

Application of NHD to Desulfuration and Decarbonization in Industrial Production of Methanol
Abstract:Methanol is an important organic material in chemical industry and a fuel alternative.International prices of oil and natural gas have been rising massively in recent years.Further development of methanol and its follow-up products may cause high price of methanol in international market.According to some statistics reports,there are about 200 sets of methanol production plants until 2005.The total capacity of methanol production is 8 670kt/a.Over 1 300kt methanol has been imported to domestic market and some enterprises have exported methanol in recent years.With the adjustment of national energy policies,methanol industry will grow rapidly.The technology of desulfuration and decarbonization by NHD has been widely used recently in fields of synthetic ammonia and other industries,such as methanol production,acetic acid production and handling exhaust from sulfur recovery.Because of differences in raw materials,methods and pretreatment,COS content is not the same.In order to protect catalysts,total concentration of sulfur in syngas should be lower than 0.1×10-10 through desulfuration by dry process in synthetic reaction of methanol.Most COS is removed during the decarbonization process by NHD.Combing with the practical problems,proof will be provided to perfecting devices of fine desulfuration.
