| 摘 要： | 文章首先从地价、全球性地标、可持续发展、世界贸易大楼倒塌这四个因素分析高层建筑，特别是超高层建筑在全球范围内急剧发展的原因，进而从高层能耗与环境营造的角度指出可持续发展的重要性，提倡低、零二氧化碳的能源制造趋势。 |

| Abstract: | The paper analyses High-rise building through four key factors - land prices, global icons, sustainability and collapse of the World Trade Centre towers, especially focuses on the reason of current mega-tall projects. It also emphasizes the importance of sustainable development in energy consumption and environment. It suggests to face the challenges of Net-Zero energy consumption and renewable energy. |
