鞍钢热风炉无波动换炉系统的应用实践

摘    要:在鞍钢4号高炉热风炉全自动控制系统的基础上,开发了热风炉无波动换炉系统。利用本系统实现了热风炉与高炉鼓风机之间建立联系。通过对高炉换炉前各参数的判断,实现高炉风压无波动换炉,使高炉增产节焦。此系统运行比较稳定,效果良好。

Abstract:Based on automatic control system of hot-air stove in Angang No. 4 blast furnace, exchange furnace sysetem with no fluctuations of hot-air stove was developed. By using the system, a link between hot - air stove and blast furnace blower was established. Through judging on the parameters before blast furnace exchange, furnace exchange with no fluctuation was realized. The production of blast furnace was increased and the coal was reduced.
