电子束焊缝二次电子成像系统设计研究

摘    要:在研究二次电子特性及成像机理的基础上,设计了二次电子成像系统.其原理是通过同步扫描系统使焊机与显像管中电子束同步光栅扫描,用采集板收集从工件上轰击出来的二次电子,此二次电子信号通过前置放大和视频放大,最后在显像管得到焊缝图像.并且该系统在实验中得到了初步预期的结果.

Abstract:Based on the study of secondary electron image characteristics and mechanisms,a secondary electron image system is designed in the text.The electron beam between machine and kinescope is isochronous grating scanning by isochronous grating scanning system.Collect board collects secondary electron bombarded from workpiece.Welding seam image can be acquired from kinescope by preamplifier and videoamplifier.We receive prospective results in the experiment.
