激光选区烧结快速成型制件翘曲变形的研究

摘    要:通过在AFS-450型成型机上进行的快速成型试验,找出产生翘曲变形的根本原因在于烧结过程中的高分子材料的状态变化和不均匀受热;获得了粉末预热温度、激光扫描速度和激光功率等工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响规律;并制定出减小翘曲变形的有效措施.

Abstract:Through rapid prototyping experiment in AFS-450 form machine,finding warping distortion shaped main reason was the state variable of high polymer material and irregular affected by heat during the sinter,getting technological parameters of the powder preheated temperature and laser scanning rate and laser power had the influential law for warping distortion,the paper had made a effective measure of reducing warping distortion.
