基于Matlab的2种Fuzzy-PID控制器的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对电温控制,提出2种Fuzzy-PID控制方式:Fuzzy-PID阈值控制和Fuzzy-PID参数自整定控制,运用仿真软件Matlab实现这2种Fuzzy-PID温度控制器的设计与仿真.Fuzzy-PID阈值控制器选用给定温度偏差值作为阈值,阈值以上的大偏差范围内采用模糊控制,温差小于阈值时采用PID控制;Fuzzy-PID参数自整定控制器先由模糊控制策略得到自适应的PID参数KP,KI,KD,再采用这个改进的PID控制器来控制全局系统.仿真结果表明2种Fuzzy-PID控制器都具有良好的动态和稳态性能.

Abstract:Two Fuzzy-PID controlling methods are proposed to control the electronic heating temperature:Fuzzy-PID threshold control and Fuzzy-PID self-tuning parameter control.Two kinds of Fuzzy-PID temperature controller were designed and simulated by Matlab.As to Fuzzy-PID threshold controller,a fixed temperature was chosen as the threshold value,the Fuzzy control was adopted when the error was above the threshold value and the PID control was adopted when the error was below the threshold value.As to the Fuzzy-PID self-tuning parameter controller,first the self-tuning PID parameters(K_P,K_I,K_D,)were obtained by fuzzy logic rules, then the improved PID controller was used to control the whole system.The simulation results show that both two kinds of Fuzzy-PID controller have good dynamic and static performance.
