| Abstract: | The main problems of the towns are humanization of the town environment; providing of the The modern comfortable conditions of living; reconstruction of the connections with a nature, deconstructed in the towns oriented to an industry at first line. All Far East towns has unfavourable ecological situations. The causes of theirs were put in the first time when the towns were founded. At the other cases the ecological problems were formed with development of the industrial zones, with extension of a conflict between rigid planning of the town structure and complicated relief, with destruction of the ties between functional elements of a town. These causes set in motion to the functional-planning problems, to serious social problems, to too much uneven development of the town and the region in general. Some negative consequences may be remove by the architectural and planning methods. But the town is very dynamic sistem, and conditions of design and building change constantly. And the main task on the way to control of the development of the town ecological system to bring to light (to reveal) the conformities to natural laws of these changes and prognosis of the consequences of an interaction of urban and natural systems. But it is necessary a new method of approach (point of view) to the problems of interaction of natural and artificial components of the town ecological system. |
