| Abstract: | Combined with an example, this paper clarifies that the core of urban design lies in the establishment of design strategy and spacial guidance rather than the provision of concrete spacial configuration. With the creation of standard spacial configuration, the unification of rationalization and adaptation in urban design is emphasized. |
