| 摘 要： | 以澳门某酒店工程为例,说明了GMP合同的性质及在该项目的应用情况。通过分析GMP合同的特点,作者认为在工程复杂程度和风险日益增加的今天,适当采用成本合同,对降低工程风险对工程的负面影响,提高承包商的履约能力,促进业主和承包商相互合作有实质性的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Taking a hotel project in Macao as example,the author introduces the properties and application of GMP contract.By analyzing the characteristics of GMP contract,the author thinks that the cost contract have some advantages under the situations of project becoming more and more complicated and dangerous. The advantages include reducing negative effect of project risk to project,improving fulfilling abilities of contractor,promoting cooperation between owner and contractor. |
