中-亚天然气管道生产数据管理系统建设

近年来中国石油积极开展海外业务,海外管道建设已进入快速发展期,中-亚天然气管道地跨土库曼斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、哈萨克斯坦、中国,是我国具有战略意义的海外能源通道。在中-亚天然气管道建设高速发展,海外进口气的需求不断提高的背景下,如何快速提升管理水平,保证持续稳定地向国内供气是中亚天然气管道公司生产管理者的主要任务。分析了中-亚天然气管道的信息化建设需求。论述了中-亚天然气管道生产数据管理系统的方案设计。针对中-亚天然气管道多国合作的运营管理模式,借助中-亚天然气管道生产数据管理系统实施建设,进行海外管道生产系统信息化建设探索,总结中-亚天然气管道生产数据管理系统实施经验,为海外管道信息化建设提供参考。

Data Management System of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline

As the overseas business was actively explored in CNPC,the cross-border pipeline construction has entered a phase of rapid development in recent years. Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline crossing Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan,Kazakhstan,and China, was of strategic significance in China’s overseas energy channel. With the rapid development of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline construction and the increasing demand for the imported natural gas,the improvement of its management level in order to guarantee the continuous and stable gas supply was the main task of the production manager for Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Company Limited. The demand for information construction was analyzed. The schematic design of the data management system of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline was described. On the basis of operation management mode of multinational cooperation,and in addressing the problem of the implementation and construction of this data management system,the information construction of the overseas pipeline was explored. The experiences in implementation of the data management system of Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline were summarized,which providing helpful references for the information construction of the overseas pipelines.
