摘    要:分析了新疆油田地面系统存在的突出问题,并有针对性地开展了沙漠腹地低渗透稀油油田与稠油油田的地面工程优化简化。通过"模块化、橇装化"设计,形成了稀油新区的"沙漠模式";通过新工艺、新技术的推广应用,形成了稠油新区的"稠油模式"。结果表明,采用多通阀选井工艺、分体式计量、模块化计量配水等关键技术,有效简化沙漠腹地低渗透稀油油田的地面工程系统;采用分散供热、单管注汽采油、多通阀选井计量、大站集中处理的两级布站等新工艺,有效简化稠油油田的地面工程系统。通过油田地面工程系统的优化简化,取得了显著的社会经济效益。

Optimization and Simplification of the Surface System in Xinjiang Oilfield

Abstract:The protruding problems of the surface system in Xinjiang oilfield were systematically analyzed.The optimization and simplification of the surface system were carried out in the low permeable oilfield and heavy oil field.The desert mode for light oil district was formed through the design of modularized and skid-mounted units,and the heavy oil mode for heavy oil area was formed through the wide application of new processes and technologies.The results showed that the surface facilities system of low permeability light oil oilfield in the desert hinterland was effectively simplified by using key technologies such as selecting well metered with multiport valve,split metering,and water distribution with modular metering,and the surface facilities system of heavy oil field was effectively simplified by using new processes such as dispersing heating,injecting steam and extracting oil through single pipe steam injection,selecting well metered with multiport valve,two-stage station arrangement for centralized treatment at large stations.The significant social and economic benefits have been achieved through the optimization and simplification of the surface facilities system in Xinjiang oilfield.
