油气田地面工程标准化设计历程回顾及成果

中国石油正在油气田地面工程领域加快转变发展方式,全面积极推进油气田地面工程标准化设计。通过对近几年中国石油开展的各项工作特别是标准化设计工作的历程回顾,从标准化设计文件体系建立、一体化装置研发推广、数字化油气田建设、三维定型图设计、科研攻关和综合效果等方面总结了取得的成果和成效。标准化设计不仅提高了设计效率和质量,而且逐步转变了以往形成的一些传统观念和做法,从根本上改变了传统的采购模式,降低了综合采购价格,全面提升了保障生产和降低投资的能力,较好地适应了新形势下大规模油气田建设高效实施的要求。为进一步推进标准化设计工作全面深入开展,提出了在今后工作中应做好的工作。

Review and Achievements of the Standardized Design of Surface Facilities in Oil and Gas Field

With the acceleration of the transformation of development pattern of surface facilities in oil and gas field in CNPC,the ’Standardized Design Job’ was actively and comprehensively pushed.Based on the review of works carried out by CNPC in recent years,especially the execution of ’Standardized Design Job’,the achievements in respect of the establishment of document system,the development and implementation of integrated production facilities,the execution of digital management,the design of three-dimensional typical drawings,and the scientific research and its effects were summarized.The efficiency and quality of the engineering design were improved,some traditional ideas and practices were changed,and the traditional procurement mode was fundamentally altered.The final procurement price was reduced,the capability of production ensuring and investment reducing was improved,which could help to meet the demand of efficient construction of the large-scale oil and gas field under new situation.In order to further promote the in-depth and comprehensive development of ’Standardized Design Job’,the future work was put forward.
