纳米SiO2/环氧树脂/空心微珠反应动力学研究

摘    要:研究了纳米SiO2/环氧树脂/空心微珠体系的粘度特性,说明填料的加入对体系有一定的增粘作用。同时,采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了纳米SiO2/环氧树脂/空心微珠体系的固化过程,利用不同升温速率下的DSC曲线求出三元体系的表观活化能、反应级数和频率因子等参数,得出了固化体系的反应动力学方程。

Abstract:The viscosity properties of nano-SiO2/epoxy/hollow microsphere composite were studied. The results showed that the fillers addition increased its viscosity certainly. Meanwhile, the curing reactions of nano-SiO2/epoxy/hollow microsphere composite were studied by DSC at different temperature raising rates. The apparent activation energy, reaction orders and frequency factor of the reaction were calculated based on the results of DSC curves. Finally the kinetics equation of the curing system was established.
