变转动惯量球转子延期解除保险机构仿真分析

摘    要:运用平行截面的方法建立了在准流体泄流过程中球转子主轴转动惯量随时间变化关系模型,并代入欧拉方程推导得出了转正力矩表达式,为变转动惯量球转子实现延期解除保险作用提供了理论依据。以采用了变转动惯量球转子的某引信为例进行了动态仿真分析,得出了球转子在各个阶段的运动特性。仿真结果表明变转动惯量球转子延期解除保险装置工作正常,延期保险距离能够达到预期的战术技术指标。

Abstract:The mathematical model of principal axis moment of inertia of the ball rotor with time when the quasi-fluid is flowing out was established by using the parallel cross -section method, then the expression of nutation moment was obtained by substituting the mathematical model into the Euler equation, which provide the theoretical law for realizing delay arming function of fuze. The motion characteristic of the ball-rotor with variable inertia of moment was obtained by simulation. The simulation results indicate that the delay arming of the ball-rotor with variable moment of inertia works normally and the distance of delay arming satisfies the prospective tactical technical requirements.
