锈蚀钢筋混凝土局部修复电化学不相容性研究

摘    要:试验表明:采用水泥基类材料修复时,由于复界面活化区-钝化区宏电流腐蚀电流的形成,导致修复界面原混凝土区域内的钢筋腐蚀加剧,其腐蚀速度提高的1.5-2.5倍,腐蚀加剧的影响范围随局部修复区域的增大而增大,最大影响范围约为局部修复范围的1/2,而修复区内的钢筋不发生腐蚀,采用树脂材料修复时,不产生锈蚀加剧现象。

Abstract:Experimental results show that when cement is used as the repair material, steel bars in the original concrete near the repair interface will lead to corrosion exacerbation with a corrosion rate of about 1.5 to 2.5 times greater than that before repair, and the influenced area increases with the increase of the repaired region and the biggest influenced area is nearly a half of the repaired area, while steel bars in the repaired region do not corrode. The experiment also indicates that when resin is used as the repair material, no corrosion exacerbation occurs.
