摘    要:运用流程模拟软件模拟酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统,通过Aspen能量分析软件分析了上述过程的换热网络,根据夹点技术提出了改造方案.在该方案中将常减压蒸馏装置的一些低温热源用于酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统换热网络中,结果表明上述改造方案既可降低酮苯脱蜡溶剂回收系统中加热炉的负荷,又可使常减压过程的余热得到充分利用,提高了热能回收率.上述...
