Abstract:With acidification oil as raw material,biodiesel was produced by two-step method in airlift loop reactor.The technological conditions of the pre-esterification reaction and the transesterification reaction were optimized,with the optimal parameters of the self-designed airlift reactor as follows: for pre-esterification reaction,reaction temperature is 115 ℃,reaction time is 2 h,catalyst mass fraction is 1% and methanol flow is 6.5 L/h;for transesterification reaction,reaction temperature is 70 ℃,reaction time is 1 h,catalyst mass fraction is 0.3% and methanol flow is 6.5 L/h.Under the optimal process conditions,the yield of transesterification to biodiesel is 88.2%.The biodiesel quality complies with the GB/T20828-2007.By comparative calculation,the airlift loop reactor can effectively reduce the cost of biodiesel production.
