| 摘 要： | 目的观察黄芪注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将46例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各23例。对照组给予常规治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,加用黄芪注射液2周、门冬氨酸钾镁3周。观察治疗前后临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗组临床疗效的总有效率为91.3%,优于对照组的60.1%(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合门冬氨酸钾镁可作为治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的有效方法。
