锌粉-卤化铵还原体系用于N,N’-二苯肼的合成

摘    要:采用Zn—NH4X(X=F、Cl、Br、I)还原体系,从偶氮苯制备N,N’-二苯肼。讨论了偶氮苯与锌粉物质的量比,卤化铵饱和溶液的用量对反应的影响。其中Zn—NH4Cl还原体系的优化反应条件为:偶氮苯与锌的摩尔比为1:5(偶氮苯2.5mmol),饱和氯化铵溶液1.5mL,反应时间12min,产率92.62%。

Abstract:The rapid synthetic method of N, N'-diphenylhydrazine with azobenzene through Zn-NH4X reduction system was reported. The effects of the molar ratio of drazobenzene to zinc powder and the amount of saturated solution of ammonium on yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions of Zn-NH4Cl were that the molar ratio of azobenzene to zinc powder was 1:5, the consumption of saturated ammonium chloride liquor was 1.5 mL, the reaction time was 12 min and the yield of N, N'-diphenylhydrazine was 92.62%.
