可再分散聚合物改性无机硅酸锌涂层的耐化学性研究

摘    要:以可再分散聚合物对无机硅酸锌涂料进行改性,通过浸泡试验及浸泡后柔韧性检测方法研究了改性无机硅酸锌涂层的耐酸、碱、盐等性能.结果表明,经可再分散聚合物改性的无机硅酸锌涂层其耐酸、碱、盐的能力都有不同程度的提高.涂层微观结构分析发现,可分散聚合物的连续成膜有效降低了无机硅酸锌涂层的孔隙率,从而增大了电解质溶液向涂层内部渗透的阻力以及成膜过程中对活性较高的锌粉的包覆作用.该改性涂层无毒、环保,添加方便,具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:An inorganic zinc silicate coating was modified by redispersible polymer,and the acid,alkali and salt resistances of the modified inorganic zinc silicate coating were studied by immersion test and flexibility test after immersion.The results indicated that the acid,alkali and salt resistances of the inorganic zinc silicate coating modified by redispersible polymer were improved in some different degrees.It was found by micro-morphology analysis of the coating that the porosity of the inorganic zinc silicate...
