试论《人民银行法》修订的几个问题

随着银监会的成立．央行将专门负责货币政策的制定与实施，因此必须尽快修订《中国人民银行法》。在修订《人民银行法》时应增强人民银行的独立性．以维护货币政策的稳定性．注意《人民银行法》及人民银行的职能与相关法律法规及相关金融监管机构的监管职能的协调性；使人民银行的职能、职权．以及如何与其他监管机构协调等内容更加明确。
