摘    要:介绍了利用低分子质量和高分子质量热致性液晶聚芳酯(TLCP),通过熔融纺丝制备TLCP初生纤维的加工工艺及后处理方法,分析了纺丝过程中TLCP熔体在喷丝板下方的形变过程,并通过扫描电镜、广角X-射线衍射仪、纤维强度仪对TLCP纤维的结构和性能进行表征,为热致性TLCP纤维的工业化提供了可靠的工艺参数.

Abstract:The preparation and post-treatment of thermotropic liquid-crystalline polyarylate(TLCP) fiber with low and high molecular weight were introduced.The deformation of TLCP melt at the bottom of spinneret during the spinning was analyzed.Fiber's mechanical properties and crystal properties after thermal treatment were studied with the help of scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and fiber-strength instrument.These researches would be valuable for the commercial production of polyarylate fiber.
