板坯连铸结晶器内流场和温度场的数理模拟研究

摘    要:以某钢厂板坯连铸结晶器(断面尺寸:240mm×1400mm)为研究对象,采用数值模拟和水模实验相结合的研究方法,模拟了两种水口浇注条件下结晶器内流场和温度分布状况。实验发现原有水口存在上循环弱,热交换慢,保护渣融化不均匀等缺点是铸坯出现表面纵裂纹的主要原因;而新水口增强了结晶器内上循环速度,改善了结晶器弯月面区域温度分布的均匀性。工业大生产应用结果表明,新水口能明显地降低板坯表面纵裂纹发生率。

Abstract:In this paper, the slab continuous casting mold which section is 240mm × 1 400mm in a certain plane is studied. Using two kinds of nozzles, the flow field and temperature field distribution are simulated by a combination method of numerical simulation and water modeling. The research results show that there are longitudinal cracks in the slab when used the original submerged entry nozzle (SEN) , which mainly caused by the weak upper flow circulation in the mold, the slow heat exchange near the meniscus and the non-uniform melting of the mold slag. The new designed nozzle can intensify the velocity of upper flow circulation and uniform the temperature distribution near the meniseus. The application of industrial production indicates that the new SEN can decrease the longitudinal eraeks.
