| Abstract: | The paper analyses the prolonged construction period caused by the development enterprise, and it's influence on the increase of direct cost, implicit cost, capital occupation cost and project claim. Based on this analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to prevent the prolonged construction period, and proposes some reasonable suggestions to strengthen the detail management and reduce the development cost for development enterprise. |
