超声/Fenton法对酸性橙G染料的脱色

摘    要:通过采用探头直径1.4 cm的超声反应器对酸性染料橙G水溶液的降解进行研究。探讨超声反应声强、染料初始浓度、反应pH值以及添加Fe2+对染料脱色的影响。结果表明:Fe2+的加入显著提高了超声反应的脱色率;在pH值2.8,温度30℃,声能密度400 W/L,Fe2+质量浓度1 mg/L条件下,超声反应120 min,30μmol/L染料的脱色率达到92%,COD去除率为42%,该染料的超声降解符合一级反应动力学。

Abstract:The sonochemical degradation of acid dye Orange G aqueous solution was studied using an ultrasound device with a 1.4 cm diameter horn.The effects of ultrasound power intensity,the initial dye concentration,pH and the addition of Fe2+on the decolorization of the dye were discussed.The rate of decolorization of the dye was found to be greatly improved in the presence of Fe2+.At pH = 2.8,T=30℃ sound energy density=400 W/L,and mass concentration of Fe2+=1 mg/L,the decoloration percentage of the 30μmol/L concentration dye solution reached 92%,and COD reduction reached 42% after 120 min sonication.The ultrasound degradation of the dye followed first-order kinetics.
