| Abstract: | The necessity and feasibity for application of computer in management of project cost database were introduced, the establishment of the database and its application in quick offering system, investment estimation system, preliminary design budgetary estimate system and construction drawing budget system were described in detail, and complete computerization for calculation of engineering quantity of construction drawing budget was discussed. |
