锻后余热淬火预冷问题的研究

摘    要:从锻造再结晶规律、预冷对锻后淬火组织及亚结构的影响以及预冷对淬冷过程的影响等三个方面研究了45钢锻后余热淬火预冷问题。实验结果表明,终锻温度高于900℃时,锻后停留对淬火马氏体形态及亚结构无明显影响,预冷有助于提高淬硬层深度。计算机模拟结果证实预冷提高淬硬层深度效应具有普遍意义。

Abstract:Around the influence of delaying in air after forging on the structure and properties of subsequentlyquenched workpieces,the recystallization during and after forging martensitic shape and substructure as well as thehardened depth, have been studied by TEM, X-ray diffraction analysis, metallographic examination and computersimulation. The results shown that when the forging final temperature is above 900'C delaying has no clear influenceon the density of crystal defects in martensite and the width of martensitic laths. It deserves to be mentioned that suitable delaying in air can make the hardened depth increase. By simulating the temperature fields during quenching andpredicting the hardened depth,it proved that the phenomenon is of extensive significance.
