二氧化锰电容材料的制备及性能表征

摘    要:采用机械化学法制备了高比容量MnO2电容材料,考察了高锰酸钾与乙酸锰配比对样品结构及电化学性能的影响。用XRD、BET等方法对材料的结构进行了表征;用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等方法分别研究了MnO2电极和超级电容器在6mol/LKOH水系电解液中的电化学性能。结果表明,原料中高锰酸钾含量越多,产物比表面积越大,表现出弱结晶性;当原料物质的量配比为1:1时,所得样品为385m^2/g的无定型MnO2,其电极最大放电容量达到了536F/g。

Abstract:High capacitance MnO2 was prepared via mechanochemical route, the influence of mole ratio KMnO4: Mn (CH3COO)2 on the structure and performance of sample was discussed. The microstructure of synthesized MnO2 was investigated by XRD,BET, and the electrochemical performances of MnO2 electrodes and supercapacitors assembled were investigated by cyclic vohammetry, AC impedance, galvanostatic testing in 6 mol/L KOH solution. The results showed that more KMnO4 contained in raw materials would lead to larger area and weaker crystalline product. When the mole ratio was 1:1, the product had an area of 385 m^2/g and an amorphous structure; the maximum single electrode discharge capacitance was as high as 536 F/g.
