杉木素材与浸渍处理材尺寸稳定性的比较

摘    要:对酚醛浸渍处理杉木与杉木素材的干缩性、湿胀性、吸水性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:从湿材到全干的过程中,浸渍杉木的径向、弦向、体积平均干缩率分别比杉木素材小0.15%、2.46%、2.16%;在全干到吸水稳定的过程中,浸渍杉木的径向、弦向和体积平均湿胀率分别比杉木素材小0.73%、2.95%、3.90%;处理材的最终平均吸水率为186.41%,明显小于未处理材的最终平均吸水率247.92%。这说明在一定的大气环境下,浸渍杉木的尺寸稳定性要优于杉木素材。
