| 摘 要： | 广交会大厦工程外框柱采用方形钢管混凝土柱,为确保柱内尤其节点板范围混凝土密实,采用内节点板式方形钢管混凝土柱混凝土施工技术.主要介绍工艺原理、施工工艺流程、操作要点及质量、安全保证措施.指出通过在节点板上设置φ50～φ70mm排浆、排气孔,优化混凝土配合比,在节点板面50～100mm分层抛落浇注振捣混凝土,来确保节点板范围混凝土施工质量.经检测,本工程全部钢管混凝土柱质量满足要求.

| Abstract: | The CIEF building uses square concrete-filled steel tubular column. In order to ensure the concrete density,particularly within the range of inner gusset,concrete construction technology of inner gusset type concrete-filled steel tubular column is applied.
